Hello,
Paraphrasing is very simple: it is basically putting what you read in your own words, and in a scholarly context, properly attributing the original author, etc.
Even though English might not be your first language, rather than using a paraphrasing site, for a non-native English writer, I would suggest that you simply follow this basic rule:
  • Get a very good translator (or translation program)
  • translate the original into your own native language
  • after reading in your own language, put the passage in your own words (pretend that you are telling someone about what you just read in your own words)
  • have your translator (or your program) translate that in English. Does it make sense?
Perhaps just running what you wrote in English by a native English speaker for clarity will suffice. I work with non-native writers; if you need help, I will be glad to help.
Best,
Dr. Ruth

Hi, I am not sure that you are looking for a website to do the job or instruct to do the job.  For research paper writing, you can follow this website's instruction:  https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/619/1/
I don't think that you can find any good auto-paraphrasing app for research paper writing since you have to understand the topic & meaning.  It is not about replacing a synonym. Cheers.

If you are looking for an app to check your writing, I recommend you to try Grammarly.  It can be installed to Word & web browser.  It has many writing styles such as academic or business style.  It checks your contextual spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, vocabulary and plagiarism.  I paid about ~ USD$200 for 1 year and rated 4/5 stars.  Of course, it can't replace a good writer :)

Have a look at REF-N-WRITE scientific paper writing tool. This tool allows you to import text from previous papers relevant to the subject area in MS word. While you are writing your paper, you can just search for similar statements from other authors and inherit their vocabulary and language to improve your paper. It also comes with a library of academic phrases that you can readily use to polish your paper. Here is the link for the site.
They have some nice tutorials here.

You can use grammarly or spinbot for your need, but at the end it is advised to get it checked by some native speaker.

Paraphrasing is a technique to use some ones story, ideas into your own words. Credit should be given to the original writer in paraphrasing.  In this, the rewritten content is usually shorter than the original one but it can larger. It depends on the writer how he copied it. Writing of the central part or theme of the paper and slightly condensing the other part of the article is the main reason behind the paraphrased content.
There is one other sense of paraphrasing which is an interpretation of someone else work, valuable knowledge and ideas into your own words in a new and creative way. It is the legal way of using other things with own name (only if proper documentation has been done). Paraphrasing contains the more detail about the topic than summary which has only the basics of the issue. If you are looking for the best paraphrasing tool then let's try this rephrase tool by seo magnifier.
